Horse Trials:A/I/P: $250.00;M/T: $235.00;N: $210.00;Adv. CT:$100.00. After Closing Date: A/I/P: $300.00; M/T: $285.00; N: $260.00.
Waitlist will begin after 600 entries. We will fill from the waitlist based on eligible divisions and the postmark date until Monday, April 17th at 11:59 pm. Any funds collected on waitlisted horses will be refunded. All other entries for waitlisted horses will be terminated.
HT Stabling: $70/night, all entries, non-compete horses and tack stalls. No stall deposit, no need to strip your stall.
Ship-in Fee: $30.00-non-stabled horses. Camping: Hookups- $50/night. Primitive: $10/night. ALL MUST reserve with Secretary. RESERVE EARLY, another function scheduled at Park. Early arrivals or additional night stabling MUST notify Secretary.
Refunds: Before Closing Date entries refunded in full less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date, no refund. Competition cancellation- pending circumstances, potential refund.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M Fee ($30), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test or present at the first horse inspection, if applicable.
Reminders: 1) Anybody competing Modified level and above must be a USEF Life and Senior Active Member with SafeSport completed before the first day of competition. 2) All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes including Parents and Trainers, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

-YOU MUSTsubmit a 2023 membership card for USEF membership for the rider/owner/trainer of horses competing at the Modified level and above. NO cell phone 'cards' can be used. If a membership card has not been received, you will be required to pay the $45 Show Pass (non-member) Fee.
- Competitors must have a full membership with USEA and the horse properly registered for the level of competition.
- Refunds:Before C.D.-In full less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-No refund. Competition cancellation-No refund.
Services are rendered as of Closing Date of Event. Changes to entries will only be taken up to Monday the week of the show. Any changes after Monday at midnight will be fined $100 fee.Any entries that have been "sold" between riders can only be used for the exact times and divisions of the original entry.

FEI horses given preference to South barns. FEI horses and National horses will NOT be stabled together.
Stable Office will be available from 8am -5:30 pm. Stable Manager, Samantha McClarty, (910) 333-3567. If you have shavings needs, Ice, Parking questions, etc., please contact her. Text is best. Orders must be placed by 1:30 pm for shavings to be delivered the same day. Order Form will be posted outside the Stable Office. No calls or texts will be answered after 9 pm EST. Competitors are encouraged to pre-order bedding. On-Site availability is not guaranteed after the competition begins. There are no refunds for shavings that are delivered but not used. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
