Tentative Schedule
Each division will compete over 2 days. A/I/T/BN are Friday/Saturday. P/M/N are Saturday/Sunday. Final schedule dependent on numbers.
Thurs: Cross-Country course open-3:00 pm. Gaze and Graze - 5-7:00 pm. Complimentary appetizers and drinks at the Pavilion Pub.
Fri:7:30 am - All A/I/T/BN Dressage, followed by SJ for as many divisions A/I/T/BN as schedule allows. A and I will definitely SJ Friday. Gaze and Graze - 5-7:00 pm.
Sat: 7:30 am - P/M/N dressage, followed by SJ. All A/I/T/BN XC, with any divisions show jumping first who did not do SJ on Friday. Gaze and Graze - 5-7:00 pm.
Sun: 7:30 am - P/M/N XC.
Schedule is subject to change depending on numbers so check website for updates. Limited to 400 entries after which a wait list will be created. If less than 200 entries, we will likely condense to a 2-day on Saturday/Sunday.

REFUNDS:Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D., refund minus office fee,only if same spotcan be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). No refunds after 6/20/22. If for ANY reason the show is canceled- FULL REFUNDS!
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. No entry accepted
without full payment. Please enter through Event Entries. Entries may be mailed in, but ALL FEES
must be postmarked by closing date, or a $50 late fee per entry will
be owed. Non-postmarked entries (i.e. on-line stamps) must be received by closing, or the late fee will be charged. Hand delivered entries
must be by closing date and contact must be made with show secretary to verify
receipt. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Riders, owners, and trainers at preliminary and above must send current copies of all USEF membership cards, or pay a show pass fee. Only 1 show passis allowed per person per year and they must be paid online. Double entries: Not
accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA
number. All riders
and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner
Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be
registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at
Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders
will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Show
Management reserves the right to limit the number of horses per rider.
Scratches & changes must be e-mailed or faxed, no
phone calls, change of horse or rider requires anew entry to
bemailed or e-mailed. ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY
THEY ARE PAID.
Change Fee: $25 change fee for each change made

Show jumping warm up and competition rings are both Attwood synthetic footing. The warm up is 250 X 120 meters and the competition arena is 265 X 140 meters.

All on site stalls arepermanent and at least 12x12 w/doors. $200 for regular stabling, $250 for stabling plus a paddock, in our Main Barns close to the Covered Arena. No initial bedding provided, bedding available for sale on grounds.Pre-order shavings before Tuesday June 20 at 5:00pm for discount price of $8/bag. After that time shavings will be available for $10/bag.
Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation
for each stall. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Stalls MUST
BE STRIPPED or the deposit will be charged.

Dogs must be leashed.Please note updates and changes to USEF rules,
including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301.
Sharps containers will be located on the competition grounds at all of the barns. Improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments may be fined.
EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
