Fees
A: $350.00 I/P: $300.00; T: $260.00 N/BN: $240.00.
Post-Entry Late Fee: $50.00.
Stabling: $250.00 (10:00am Wednesday through 8:00pm Sunday).
Stall Deposit Fee:Stall deposits will not be required; however dirty stalls will be subject to a $70 fee charged to the credit card on file with Event Entries.
Stall stripping service will be provided by Running Fox Pony Club. $40 per stall. Sign up at secretary's office upon arrival (do not mail a check ahead of time)
Ship-in: $30.00 per horse, duration.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry – no refund; Stabling refund only if stall can be filled. All withdrawals must be in writing (email OK). Competition cancellation-No Refund.USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
No-Showswill be charged $30. If you need to withdraw from the competition, please let the secretary know at least one hour prior to the start of your ride time.

Entry fee: includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months & must accompany entry.
Changes: All changes must be in writing. Changes after C.D., are subject to a $50 fee.
Post-Entries: accepted if space permits. $50 late fee after closing date.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry – no refund; Stabling refund only if stall can be filled. All withdrawals must be in writing. Competition cancellation-No Refund.Any scratches before the closing date will be refunded via credit card within 1 week if entered through Evententries.
Non-compete horses: are welcome, include $50 fee plus stall fees. Please note: If competition is over-subscribed, priority for stalls will be given to competing horses.
Tack Stalls: are available, only if space permits. $250. Priority given to competing horses.
Wait List policy: Entries are added to the competition in
the order they are received. After the
entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the
order they are received. Only entries received and paid in full are placed on the Wait List. Substitutions will be made from the wait list by division.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

A-3800 m @ 570 mpm. All I-3200 m @ 550 mpm. All P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. All T-2400 m @450 mpm. All N-2000 m @400 mpm. All BN-1600 m @ 350. Upper levels:hilly terrain - horses need to be fit. All levels appropriate for this time of season. Expect to see ditches, banks, water complex at all levels. Track aerated where necessary. Cross-country course closed.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited. $250/stall 10 am Wed. to 8 pm Sunday. No horses accepted before Wed. without prior permission. Please notify managementfor arrivals after 8:00 pm. Extra nights: $50/stall per night.
Please be consistent with request to stable with; use either farm name OR trainer last name.
52 permanent stalls (no stall doors). remaining - temporary stalls (with stall doors). All stalls are 10 x 10.
$70 fee for stalls left dirty. Credit card on file will be charged
Stalls must be STRIPPED AND CHECKED OUT WITH THE STABLE MANGER
Running Fox Pony Club stall stripping service will be provided. $40 per stall; sign up at secretary office

Primitive Camping is allowed, space available on a first come first serve basis, reservations not required. electric/water hook-ups not available
Follow parking signs carefully! For insurance reasons please respect the following rules: Dogs MUST be leashed. Loose dogs WILL BE IMPOUNDED, $50 loose dog fine. Motorbikes and ATV´s on car lanes only. No motorized vehicles allowed in stabling area or on XC course. Small children should be closely supervised. Horses must pass on designated routes ONLY.
Please note: Electric outlets in the barns can not accommodate additional use. If fans or other large electric needs are required please bring a generator.
EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
