Entry:IP, P, M: $250; BN,N,T: $230; Starter: $220 (no USEA Starter/D&M fee for Starter).
Stabling: $200.00 for all 3 days.
Muck Fee: $ 30.00 -Separate check showing rider name needs to be submitted prior to arrival to Revel Run 555 S. Dancer Rd. Chelsea MI 48118. Check will be ripped up if stall is stripped and cleaned properly.
Haul-In Fee: $50.00 for horses who are not stabled on the show grounds, one time fee.
Late Fee: a $35 fee for entries submitted on-line orreceived after CD.
Non-Compete horse: $100 for weekend. Early arrival: $75 per night
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $35 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entries-Less $45 only if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling fee only if stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refunds less than $25 will be donated to the CFHT Jump Fund.USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30) is not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Vet cert is required for withdraws. All withdraws for refund must be made in writing to secretary prior to CD.
Entries
Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors must be USEA members. Starter competitors do not pay USEA Starter/D&M fee and are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership requirements.
Change fee of $25 for any changes to entry after submitted, $45 fee after CD. Add $35 Post Entry Fee if your entry is received after the closing date.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.
ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD.
**All requests to stable with a group must use one group name on all entries or request will not be accepted.Any stall changes will result in a change fee of $25, or $45 if past CD.

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Sunday Morning, 7 am Rise and Shine Cowboy Prayeron "Top of the Hill overlooking pond" behind stabling pavilion.
"Jump for the Cure" competition and T Shirts will be available on site during the event, limited quantity. Net proceeds goes to the American Cancer Society.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
