Fees

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions MUST be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. See the section below for wait list policy. Event Fees Directory: see individual section for details. Draw checks to PFEE, Inc. Foreign/Can. add $15.00 to each entry fee (US dollars). Entry fee: CCI:$500.00, does not include stabling. Stabling: $295.00 for duration of event Camping/RV Hookup:Email secretary, primitive camping only. No power or water hookups. Refunds: Before C.D.: less $25 non-refundable office fee, notify secretary in writing via email; After C.D.: entry/stable: no refund unless spot and/or stall is filled from wait list. USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($30), are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider/horse that does not present at the first horse inspection.

Entries

Check Plantation Field websiteand online omnibus page before entering for the most current information. All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: $25. Valid email addresses required on each entry blank. All communication will be done by email. All entry blanks must be typed. Refunds: Before C.D.: less $25 non-refundable office fee, notify secretary in writing via fax, email, or letter; After C.D.: entry/stable: no refund unless spot and/or stall is filled from wait list. Competition cancellation: no refund. $25 change fee after closing. No changes to entry after Sunday, Sept. 10. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months. Not notifying sec'y of intent not to compete will incur a $25 fee; this applies also to no-shows. CCI-S horses must be registered with USEF and FEI. 3*, 4* must have FEI Passport; 2*, 1* U.S horses must have at least a National Passport. Foreign horses must have FEI Passports. CCI-S competitors must use the 2022 USEA CCI entry form. If space allows and post entries are accepted a $75 late fee will be charged. All entries that are incomplete as of Friday, September 9th 5:00 p.m. will be charged an incomplete fee of $20.00/PER MISSING ITEM (signature pages, Coggins, or any other items). Any entries not complete by Monday September 11th will not receive ride times. Using adjustable plastic pinney holders (available from Secretary for $20). Riders may be limited to 4 horses per level if event is oversubscribed ON OPENING DAY, August 8, 2023. Riders must submit entry form with payment to the Secretary as well as entering via the FEI Entry system. Levels may be divided if entries warrant. Only PAID submissions will be accepted. Wait List policy: entries will be accepted based on the postmark of mailed payment or the date electronic payment was made; additionally the entry must have been done through the FEI system. Riders should enter via the FEI system prior to or on the opening day for regular entry submission of August 1st. Entries will be accepted from the wait list by division as space allows. Eventing Youth Team Challenge is open to athletes who are members of their USEA Young Rider Program in the following age categories: • CCI1* for FEI ages 14-18 • CCI2* for FEI ages 14-21 • CCI3* for FEI ages 16-25 Note: FEI age is defined as the age the athlete will turn during the calendar year. Areas may send more than one team at each level. Where possible Individual representatives will be scrambled onto teams of the same level. Team: Teams will be composed of 3 or 4 Athletes. The 3 best individual results of each Team will be taken into account for the Team score. An Athlete can compete on a single team at each level. Individuals: As per FEI Rules, if an Athlete competes with multiple Horses at a level, the Team Horse must start first. Please include: “Youth Team Challenge” on your stabling request. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. SEE SECTION 1) ABOVE FOR ENTRY PROCEDURE AND WAIT LIST POLICY. 538.1.1 Protective Headgear: While riding anywhere on the show grounds, the use of a properly fastened Protective Headgear is mandatory. Such Protective headgear must comply with the list of the applicable international testing standards published on the FEI website. Failure to wear such Protective Headgear where and when required after being notified to do so by an Official, shall result in a Yellow Warning Card, being issued to the Athlete unless exceptional circumstances apply. As an exception, Senior Athletes may be allowed to remove their Headgear while accepting prizes or during the national anthem.
