Coggins required for out-of-state horses within 12 months. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Starter participants are exempt for USEA membership; USEA Starter/D&M fee does not apply. PRELIMINARY AND ABOVE: MUST send copy of rider, owner & trainer USEF Card. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Trophy & 7 ribbons per divisions, and prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for all levels.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$225/stall from 8am Thu. to 8am Mon. 500 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. Non-stabled horses- $100. Extra shavings available for purchase @ $12/bag. Further info. contact secretary. Arrivals: Must present proof of vaccination for flu/rhino within 6mos, 2x/day temperature log beginning at least 3 days before arrival, and an official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) which includes a VS statement and issued within 5 days of entry to competition grounds by a licensed veterinarian who has examined the horse. Only state issued/ approved official CVI document shall be accepted. VS statement :“I have examined the animal(s) represented on this certificate of veterinary inspection and have found no clinical signs of vesicular stomatitis and they have not originated from a premises under quarantine for vesicular stomatitis.”

This event is designed around the Summer conditions! We will have water slides, URBN Pizza, ice cream and fun scheduled for Saturday afternoon on our midday break from competition Cross-country course closed July 30. Divisions further divided if entries warrant; state birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Non-competing horses $100 facility use fee. Dogs must be leashed. Arrivals: Must present proof of vaccination for flu/rhino within 6mos, 2x/day temperature log beginning at least 3 days before arrival, and an official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) which includes a VS statement and issued within 5 days of entry to competition grounds by a licensed veterinarian who has examined the horse. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
