Entries after closing date $50 late fees. RIDERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN CROSS COUNTRY NUMBER HOLDER. Register and Pay online at EventEntries.com. REFUNDS: Before the closing date- less $25 office fee; after closing date- Entry minus $50 if spot can be filled from waitlist. Competition Cancellation- No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses: copy of current Negative Coggins must accompany entry. Any changes after closing day, $30 office fee. Pre Order Shavings, $9 a bag delivered to stall. Submitted Entries not paid by closing date will not be included in the ride times. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Novice- Introduces some technical questions in an encouraging way, good introduction to the level. Beginner Novice - Inviting and straightforward introduction to the level. Starter and Intro - Good for those just beginning the sport. Cross Country Course closed on August 20, 2023.

Stabling/Veterinarian

100 stalls on site. $150 a stall Noon Friday to Noon Sunday. All stalls have doors and chains. Veterinarian:Dr. Allison Barca, 504.884.8492 Tack Stall $150 for weekend. Preorder shavings at $9 a bag. YOU MUST ORDER ALL SHAVINGS IN ADVANCE, we do not keep shavings in inventory.!

All Test Performed in a Small Arena: T 2022 USEF Training Test B. N - 2022 USEF Novice Test B. BN- 2022 USEF Beginner Novice Test B. Starter- 2022 USEA Starter Test.INTRO- 2019 USDF Introductory Test C. Arena: One arena is sand with clay base. One arena will be in the grass. (T and other divisions).

Cross Country Course closed on August 20, 2023. Rider limit 2 horses per level, 4 horses entire competition Levels will be divided/ combined as entries warrant. This is a small and fun event! THIS IS ALSO A PONY CLUB EVENTING RALLY Excellent competition to get qualifying scores for all your goals. THIS EVENT COUNTS TOWARD BOTH AREA III and AREA V CHAMPIONSHIPS. DOGS MUST BE LEASHED and we prefer they be left at home if at all possible. $50 Fine for loose dogs, even dogs running loose with a leash. Food and Drinks offered by food truck. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN BARNS! All horse trailer parking must be in designated areas. No parking on main road between barns. DO NOT TAKE IT UPON YOURSELF TO REARRANGE CAMPER/ RV TRAILER PARKING. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC NEEDS, LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE FINED AND PUBLICLY CITED FOR CAUSING MORE WORK FOR THE VOLUNTEERS AND ORGANIZER. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
