Levels may be further divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. Food vendor on grounds. Dogs MUST be leashed AT ALL TIMES with something or someone attached to the leash. If caught loose a $50 fine. No unauthorized cars on course. No motorized vehicles, electric bicycles or golf carts permitted on course while cross country is running. Returned checks will have a $50.00 returned check fee in addition to the bank fee. No Canadian checks. No cardboard shavings/straw. No loud generators. Shavings $8/bag. Ice $3/bag. No campfires. Arenas are NOT open for schooling at any time. Show Jumping Arena 250' x 150' clay/sand/fiber mix footing. Show Jumping Warm Up Arena 240' x 150' clay/sand/fiber mix footing. Photography PolicyIn order to protect the business of our official show photographers, RHS has established this photography policy. In this social media, smart phone, day and age, capturing and sharing images from events has never been easier. We want to encourage all our guests at Rocking Horse Stables to fully enjoy their experiences here and treasure the special memories for generations to come. However it is still extremely important that we protect and respect the contracted show photographers that make their livelihoods providing high quality, professional images for our exhibitors.The following guidelines are expected to be abided by ALL visitors to Rocking Horse Stables:· Visitors, spectators and exhibitors at Rocking Horse Stables are permitted to take photographs and record video for personal use only · Only our official appointed event photographers are allowed to take competitor images and sell/distribute them to the public · No other individual or company has permission to take images of multiple competitors and sell/distribute them to members of the public or publish online/on social media · Professional photography equipment, including, but not limited to, cameras with lenses longer than 4 inches, tripods, monopods, or any video camera mounted on a tripod or other stabilizing device are not permitted under any circumstances · Media representatives with approved credentials are the only exception · “Private” photographers must go through the proper channels for approval to be on premises PER EVENT. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
