Pinny/Pinnie/Apron Number Holders: required for all riders and must be worn for all (3) Phases - no exceptions. Bridle Tags: Must be worn by all horses at all times on grounds. Non Compete Horses: not allowed on grounds. Only horses entered in the competition are permitted on grounds. Changes made to an entry after C.D. will be subject to a $25 processing fee. No changes to entry starting Tuesday before the event. Late entries (if space allows) will be subject to a $50 late fee. Competition Cancellation-no refund. Copy of current negative Coggins within 12 months must accompany entry. 30 day health certificate required at the Florida State line. PLEASE include a winter address and email on your entry form. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Permanent Wooden 10 x 10 or 12 x 12 Stalls with Permanent Doors. $150.00 for duration of event, Friday - Sunday. Early arrival or late departure stalls will be an additional $50.00 per night/day. Each stall comes with 1 bag of shavings. Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving (no manure, urine, or hay), NO CARDBOARD SHAVINGS/STRAW. 104 permanent stalls on grounds. $50.00 ship in fee for duration of event. Levels may be further divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. Food vendor on grounds. Dogs MUST be leashed AT ALL TIMES with something or someone attached to the leash. If caught loose a $50 fine. No unauthorized cars on course. No motorized vehicles, electric bicycles or golf carts permitted on course while cross country is running. Returned checks will have a $50.00 returned check fee in addition to the bank fee. No Canadian checks. No cardboard shavings/straw. No loud generators. Shavings $8/bag. Ice $3/bag. No campfires. Arenas are NOT open for schooling at any time. In this social media, smart phone, day and age, capturing and sharing images from events has never been easier. However it is still extremely important that we protect and respect the contracted show photographers that make their livelihoods providing high quality, professional images for our exhibitors.The following guidelines are expected to be abided by ALL visitors to Rocking Horse Stables:· Visitors, spectators and exhibitors at Rocking Horse Stables are permitted to take photographs and record video for personal use only · Only our official appointed event photographers are allowed to take competitor images and sell/distribute them to the public · No other individual or company has permission to take images of multiple competitors and sell/distribute them to members of the public or publish online/on social media · Professional photography equipment, including, but not limited to, cameras with lenses longer than 4 inches, tripods, monopods, or any video camera mounted on a tripod or other stabilizing device are not permitted under any circumstances · Media representatives with approved credentials are the only exception · “Private” photographers must go through the proper channels for approval to be on premises PER EVENT. SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
