Tentative Schedule

Schedule is tentative and subject to change due to entry numbers, keep checking on-line. Fri:Cross Country course open 3:00 PM. Sat:P/N/Starter:Dressage starts approx 8:30 am; Show Jumping starts approx 9:45 am; Cross-Country starts approx 10:00 am. Gaze and Graze at the Pavilion 5-7:00 pm, come enjoy drinks and a large spread of appetizers. 2 complimentary wristbands per rider will be included in packets. Additional wristbands available for purchase through event entries or at show office for $20 per band. Sun: M/T/BN: Dressage starts approx 8:30 am; Show Jumping starts approx 9:45 am; Cross Country starts approx 10:00 am.

Returned check fee:

REFUNDS: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). If event is canceled, partial credit. USEA Starter and D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($35), is not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

All entries include a $25 non-refundable office fee.Only online entries with payment will be accepted. Please use Evententries.com or X Entry.Emailed entry packets will not be accepted.INCOMPLETE ENTRIES RECEIVE NO POSTMARK UNTIL THE DAY THEY ARE MADE COMPLETE, INCLUDING FEES, REQUIRED WAIVERS, NUMBERS & STABLE FORM. No entry scheduled without prior payment. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete. Horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Horses and riders at the Starter level are not required to have USEA membership. Scratches & changes must be e-mailed. Change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be mailed or e-mailed. Change Fee: $35 change fee for each change made to entry and/or stabling at any time. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months. Do not send original Coggins. Check entry status list at www.stableviewfarm.com. No other notification method will be used. Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are posted, check status after you enter.

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

6 ribbons per division plus prizes and/or gift certificates. Ribbons and prizes for the top 3 teams in the Adult Team Challenge. Contact [email protected] with questions or to sign up. Ribbons to 4th for CTC and IEL. TIP Awards and Prizes for the highest placed Thoroughbred Horse at each level. Register your off the track Thoroughbred at http://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7. If ribbons are not picked up at the event, they will be mailed to riders only upon request, after riders pay the invoice they will be sent for the shipping cost.

Stabling/Veterinarian

200 stalls available, both permanent and temporary - enter early to ensure your spot. Stabling - $100/night. Separate stall stripping check in the amount of $50, must be included in stall reservation for each stall, or the deposit will go on your credit card if you enter through Event Entries. Check will be destroyed if stall is stripped. Cards will only be charged by EE if stalls are not stripped. Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED, NOT JUST CLEANED. Please pre-order shavings - they will be discounted to $11/bag if purchased by January 10 at 5 PM.$13/bag if purchased on-site or after the 10th at 5 PM. 12x12 stalls with stall doors and rubber mats. Accommodations

Limited RV sites and apartments available for rent on site. RV sites are $66/night plus tax. If RV sites are sold out and you want to dry camp/boondock the cost is $35/night. Dressage

Test & arena sizes: P- 2026 USEF Preliminary Test A-Sm. M- 2026 Modified Test A-Sm.T-2026 USEA Training Test A-Sm. N-2026 USEA Novice Test A-Sm. BN-2026 USEA Beginner Novice Test A-Sm. Starter - 2026 USEA Starter Test A -Sm. All dressage will be ridden in Attwood footing arenas, including warm-up.

Cross-Country

Cross Country Courses designed by Mogie Bearden-Muller (MD) P - 2800 m @ 520 MPM. M - 2500 m @ 490 MPM.T - 2200 m @ 450 MPM. N - 2000 m @ 400 MPM. BN - 1600 m @ 350 MPM. Starter- 1500 m @ 325 MPM. All courses: Easier to Average for horses with experience at level. Courses will be good season starter courses. There will be water, banks and ditches appropriate for each level on the courses. Cross Country Track is established, irrigated and aerated turf with established Bermuda and Celebration grasses on slightly rolling sandy loam soil. Cross-country Course is closed year-round for schooling.
Volunteers can choose to receive a free XC schooling pass for one of the Eventing Academy Open Schooling Dates.

Warm up will be also be on synthetic footing, in an arena with minimum of 240 X 121 feet. Entry limit - 150 horses per day. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301. Stable View reserves the right to refuse to accept an entry from any owner, trainer, exhibitor or coach who has a past due balance owed to Stable View. Entries will only be accepted via Event Entries or X Entry, with payment in full. Subchapter EV9 - 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801 Sharps containers will be located in every barn, and that competition management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.” Non-member participants in the role of riders, drivers, handlers, vaulters, lungers, owners, lessees, and agents must pay a Show Pass fee. Show Pass purchases can only be made online. Non-member participants in the above roles are limited to obtaining no more than one (1) Show Pass per competition year. To be eligible to participate at Federation Licensed Competitions, all persons acting as coaches or trainers, and legal guardians signing entry blanks as coaches or trainers on behalf of their minors must be Senior Active Members in good standing.
