Aiken is North of Augusta, GA & South of Columbia, SC. From South-exit I-20 at exit 18 & take 19 south (right) to second light left on Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr) cross Hwy 302 and go left on Hwy 78. From North-exit I-20 at exit 22 & take Rte 1 South about 5mi go left on Hwy 118 (Rutland Dr) cross Hwy 302 and go left on Hwy 78. Note: From Town center About 1 mile from town center Hwy 78 exits to the right (was a fork in the road) From the West SDF is on the left 2.5mi from Montmorenci Fire Co. From the East SDF is on the right 1.3mi past Oakwood Elementary School.

Notes: If space allows Post Entries will be accepted with the $60.00 Late Charge added to the regular entry fee.
Stabling: $135.00 - Saturday 11AM - Mon 8AM; Extra day: $25.00.
Muck Deposit: $50.00 separate check. Stall and aisle MUST be swept clean!
Camping: $75.00 hook-up (limited, 20amp electrical, bring a long water hose)/ per night; $45.00 primitive / per night.
Refunds: Before C.D.‑ Less $35 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.‑ No refunds unless spot can be filled off of wait list. All withdrawals must be in writing. Withdrawals or changes will not be accepted by phone, must mail, fax, or email. Competition cancellation-no refund.
USEA Starter/D&M Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($35) is not subjected to office fees andshall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Entries

Sporting Days Farm HT uses www.EVENTENTRIES.com for entries & Live Scoring. Entry fees include a $35 non-refundable office fee. Include legible and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. double entries: Not accepted. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete. If oversubscribed, multiple rides may be limited - please indicate order of preference. ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $60 late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic or faxed entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to! Scratches/Changes must be in writing via email.All other changes made before the closing date will not be charged a change fee and after the closing date will be charged a $50 change fee. NO changes allowed after February 25th other than dropping to a lower level. Change of horse or rider requires a new entry to be e-mailed. If space allows and post entries are accepted, they will be charged an additional $60 late fee. Neg. Coggins required for all horses within 12 months and must accompany entry. Check website & contact immediately if in wrong division, etc. Do not wait until times are posted; check status after you enter. Wait List Policy: Entries are added to the competition in the order they are received. After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the Wait List in the order they are received. Only entries received by Closing Date and paid in full are placed on the Wait List. All entries received after the closing dates are ineligible for the Wait List. Once scheduling of the competition is completed, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only. The Wait List expires on Sunday February 23 at 9 pm. All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the wait list . After the CD and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list. Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the wait list, no scratched sports are filled. Refunds: Prior to closing date: full refund less the $35 office fee. After close date entry/stabling-Less $35 ONLY if in writing and the same place can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation - no refund.

8 ribbons per division. Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Awards at each level. Remember to provide TIP number on entry form.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$135 on grounds (limited permanent stalls- book early); Saturday 11 am to Monday 8 am; $25/day after that. Stall doors. PRE-ORDERshavings with entry or from secretary by February 10th. $10.00/bag. If bedding is not pre-ordered, it will NOT be available for purchase. Dogs must be leashed.Please note updates and changes to USEF rules, including all dogs MUST remain on leash and in control as per GR1301. If captured, $50 freedom fine to Aiken County SPCA. Show jumping is in a large grass/sand arena with warm up on same. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found atwww.usef.org. GR1011.10 becomes effective December 1, 2025. All horses competing at Federation Licensed and Endorsed competitions must provide a microchip number that verifies the animal. A microchip used to verify the identity must be a fifteen-digit ISO compliant 11784/11785 chip and implanted in the nuchal ligament of the animal.

USEF Membership Statement: Life, senior active and junior active members shall be eligible to participate in all classes at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions at the Modified Level or above and Combined Driving Competitions at the Advanced Level, Dressage, Reining and Vaulting Competitions and Endurance Rides. A non-member may participate as a handler, rider, driver, owner, lessee, or agent at Regular Competitions, Eventing Competitions, Dressage Competitions, Reining Competitions and Combined Driving Competitions upon payment of a Show Pass fee. Participants in the following classes are exempted from the Requirements of this rule: 1) leadline; 2) exhibitions; 3) games and races; 4) classes for 4-H members; 5) walk trot and academy classes (academy classes are classes limited to horses used regularly in a lesson program); 6) USDF introductory level tests, pas de deux and quadrille classes; 7) assistant handlers in Dressage Sport Horse Breeding classes.

Minors who do not have a valid driver’s license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license. The parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating a motorized vehicle in violation of this rule are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from that operation. Violations of this rule will be cause for penalties against those responsible for the child committing the offense. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. The unsafe use of personal electronic transport devices, as determined by the competition officials and management in their sole discretion, that do not require a driver’s license to operate, including but not limited to segways, hover boards, and single wheeled scooters is prohibited on competition grounds. Operating such devices in areas where people gather may be deemed “unsafe use” if there is a risk of harm to others. If the operator of the device is a minor, the parent/legal guardian or individual who signs the entry blank as a parent or guardian of a minor operating the device in violation of this rule is accountable and may be subject to penalties. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. SHARPS CONTAINER: Competition management is responsible for placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Sporting Days Farm sharps containers are located in the competition stabling barn. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Competition management will place notice of this requirement either in its prize list or on a specific handout given to trainers on check in at the competition.
