Address: 401 North Bend Road, Weatherford, TX 76085. Willow Draw is located in Weatherford, Texas, north of Interstate 20. From Ft. Worth: Interstate 20 West, use exit 414, Fort Worth Hwy US 180 to courthouse. From west of Weatherford: Interstate 20 East, exit 402, Ranger Hwy, spur 312, to courthouse. At the courthouse, take FM51 north 2 1/2 miles, turn right onto North Bend Rd. The first driveway on the left about 1/4 mile is the entrance to Willow Draw.

Fees

Draw checks to Sol Events -Include driver’s license number on all checks. Training Level: $275.00 Novice - Beginner Novice - and Starter:$250. Intro: $200 The entry feeincludes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Stabling:$200 (2 bags shavings provided). Includes stabling for Friday P.M. through Sunday am. Stall cleaning deposit:$75 (separate check preferred, Venmo if no other option to @SolEvents). Check will be destroyed if stall is clean with hay and manure removed. Do not strip. If we remove a half full wheelbarrow, fee will be collected. Grounds fee:$75 (non-stabled horses). Camping:$50 (per night, separate check). Hook-ups:$75 (per night, electricity only, limited amount). Late entry:After closing date,$75. Changes:Any entry change received after the closing date will be charged a non-refundable $50 fee. Refunds: Less $50 non-refundable office fee only if place can be filled from wait list of same level. Stalls refunded only if spot can be filled from wait list. No telephone withdrawals accepted, emails only. Competition cancellation-No refund. See statement below regarding late entries and wait list possibilities. NSF Check:$50.

Entries

2 entry per rider limit.Cross-country Pinny/Holder/Insert required.USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited for T, N, BN, or Full) are required at all levels except Starter and Intro. Starter entrants are exempt from USEA membership. Electronic entries through USEA's Xentry system preferred. If electronic entry is complete with all signatures and current coggins, hard copies do not need to be mailed to secretary. Stall cleaning deposits are preferred by check. If Venmo is necessary, please use @Sol Events and reference rider/horse name on payment. If one check covers more than one person's stall, all stalls must be cleaned to specifications or the check will be cashed. Wait List Policy:Preference given to completed and paid entries. Others missing items such as signatures, coggins, etc. will be put on a wait list if the show is oversubscribed. After closing date a subsequent wait list may be developed subject to additional late closing fees. Contact the secretary via email for more information on this at [email protected].

Stabling/Veterinarian

30 permanent 12x12 stalls with sliding stall doors. Stall assignments posted at office and Start Box.Cleaning deposit required on separate check. Stalls to be left clean, not stripped.If we remove a half full wheel barrow, fee will be collected.Pre-order/pre-pay extra shavings $10/bag. Dressage

DressageTest & arena sizes: T-2022 USEF Training Test B-Sm.N-2022 USEF Novice Test B-Sm.BN-2022 USEF Beginner Novice Test. B-Sm. Starter-2022 USEA Starter Test B- Intro- USEF/USDF test B -Sm. Arenas:All Outdoor - Arena 1 and 2 are on all weather arena manufactured footing. Arena 3 is on grass with footing improvements.

Cross-Country

Cross-Country: T-2200 m @ 450 mpm.N-2000 m @ 400 mpm.BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm, 16 efforts, max height 2'6". Starter-1400 m @ 300 mpm, 12 efforts, max height 2'3".Intro-1000 - 1200 meters @ 275 mpm with approx. 10 obstacles including logs, rolltops, a mound, and going by water or through as an option.

All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels.

SUBCHAPTER EV-9 DRESS
1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR.
a. At Federation licensed and endorsed Events, Athletes must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801)
b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a Horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear. The harness must be secured and properly fitted. See GR801.
