The<strong>Pre-Starter</strong>division will be run identically to the Starter division but is unrecognized and will not be assessed a USEA Starter fee. Pre-Starter will be allowed a reasonable amount of unauthorized assistance such as having their dressage test read to them from someone outside the ring.
Ribbons will be awarded to high point Pony Club Riders and IEL teams
