Moving Forward Together: An Update on USEA Online Services

USEA Members,
In August of 2025, we introduced HorseConnect as a new membership platform with the goal of improving your experience and modernizing how members interact with USEA. Since its launch, many of you have taken the time to share thoughtful, candid feedback about the system.
We want you to know: we heard you.
While HorseConnect offered promising features, it has not consistently met the needs of our members or staff. After careful review, we believe the best path forward is to return membership services, horse registrations, and account access to USEA Online Services.
This transition takes place on Monday, February 9.
What to know:
- Membership management, horse registrations, and account access will return to USEA Online Services
- Competition entries will return to being accepted through Xentry
- If you had trouble renewing or accessing your account recently, our staff is ready to help
We appreciate your patience through this transition. Our goal is to restore a reliable, straightforward process as quickly as possible. Looking ahead, our focus remains on delivering the best possible experience for our members. As the technology landscape continues to evolve rapidly, it creates an opportunity for our IT team to thoughtfully design and develop a new solution centered on our members’ needs. We will share more when ready.
