Leesburg, Va.—June 8—What could be better than attending a truly exceptional international competition such as The Event at Rebecca Farm? For 30 developing riders, of all ages, receiving support to help them travel there makes the opportunity even more meaningful. For 2026, a total of $58,032 has been awarded to help riders from across the United States offset the significant travel expenses associated with competing at one of the premier eventing competitions in North America.

Made possible through the generosity of Jerome Broussard and the Broussard Charitable Foundation Trust, the grants are awarded based on travel distance to Rebecca Farm. Competitors entered in the CCI4* divisions receive $2 per mile, while competitors entered in the CCI3* divisions receive $1 per mile, based on the driving distance to Rebecca Farm.

“The Event at Rebecca Farm Travel Grants continue to make a meaningful impact by helping talented riders from across the country participate in The Event at Rebecca Farm,” said Beth Lendrum, Chair of the Rebecca C. Broussard Developing Rider Grants Review Committee. “We are grateful to Jerome Broussard and the Broussard Charitable Foundation Trust for their continued commitment to supporting the next generation of eventing athletes.”
